On October 29, 2019, an agreement was reached on the details of HSPBA`s wage rates negotiated for the 2019-2022 collective agreement for health professionals. The finalized salary grids can be found here. Please note that there are several salary scales related to the job and that you must refer to the salary grid that corresponds to your profession. Members and stewards should be aware that this draft collective agreement may contain errors and omissions that will be corrected in the coming months when the contract is finalized and printed. Once the print version is complete, employers are responsible for distributing the collective bargaining books to each employee covered by the HSPBA. The collective agreement for health professionals is negotiated between employers and the Health Sciences Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA).
