If there are any changes to your originally proposed study programme or if you extend your stay, please create the Apprenticeship Contract form during Mobility in Mobility Online. You can add additional courses (“Added Component”) and/or delete courses (“Removed Component”). For the mobility of students to traineeships, the apprenticeship contract should specify how learning outcomes are recognised, depending on whether they are counted in the student`s diploma, on a voluntary basis (which is not necessarily part of the diploma) or by a university graduate. Please have the changes signed by your host university (“host institution”) and your Program Director (SPL). Once the apprenticeship contract has been signed by all three parties during the mobility, upload it to Mobility Online. The apprenticeship contract must include all the learning outcomes that the student is expected to acquire during the exchange. The three parties who sign the apprenticeship contract undertake to respect all the agreed agreements and thus to ensure that the student receives recognition for the studies or internship carried out abroad without further recognition requirements. For student mobility for studies, the apprenticeship contract contains the study abroad programme and the courses that will be replaced in your home study after successful completion of the studies abroad. For internships and research, the apprenticeship contract refers to training or research activities. The apprenticeship contract is a crucial document for the recognition of a study stay abroad.
It is an agreement between the student, the home institution and the host institution, organization or dismantler. The purpose of the apprenticeship contract is to ensure transparent and efficient preparation of the exchange to ensure that you receive recognition for successful activities abroad. There are standardized models for study and training. For Erasmus+ research, you must use these standard templates (depending on your Erasmus+ funding). For research outside the Erasmus programme, you can use one of these templates or an agreement that includes a reference to research activities and the consent of three parties. For student mobility for study purposes, the e-learning contract will become the standard in line with the European Initiative on Student Identification. The OLA should describe in detail the learning outcomes that contribute to the student`s graduation at the end of the study abroad program. The post-mobility learning contract is created in Mobility Online. Together with the transcript (issued by your host university), the apprenticeship contract serves as an application for recognition of the courses you have taken abroad at the University of Vienna after the mobility.
Once your SPL has confirmed the recognition of your credit points, please upload a copy of the signed post-mobility learning agreement and a copy of your transcript to Mobility Online. Deadlines: Please ensure that the recognition of your courses by your SPL has been completed and upload a copy of your apprenticeship contract and transcript within 2 months of the official end of your Erasmus+ stay.
