You understand that any breach of such supplier`s terms and conditions of purchase may result in the cancellation of your booking(s) or purchase, that you will be deprived of access to flights, hotels, cruises or cars, that you will lose all funds paid for such booking or purchase, and that Anthony Travel will charge your account for all costs incurred by Anthony Travel as a result of such breach. You are fully responsible for all fees, charges, duties, taxes and assessments arising from your travel bookings through the access provided by Anthony Travel. The Company provides the Agency with a non-exclusive license to offer the Company`s services and accommodation as part of vacation and travel packages. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and make travel reservations with Anthony Travel by any means, including our website in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your travel bookings (as well as the use of your account by others, including but not limited to minors living with you). You agree to monitor any use of Anthony Travel`s communications by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information provided to you or members of your household who do business with Anthony Travel is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that booking options for travel services provided by Anthony Travel will only be used to make legitimate bookings or purchases for you or any other person for whom you are legally authorized to act. An activity may not be suitable for all ages or people with certain medical conditions. The WTA cannot be held liable in the event of an incident or accident due to your lack of vigilance. You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment of such damages or losses (reasonably estimated, if not exactly known) must be made as soon as possible directly to the owner or manager of the accommodation or to another provider or to us. All travel expenses related to these activities are the responsibility of the customer. Likewise, these activities may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Organizer in case of insufficient request. The Airline is only liable to you for the baggage you entrust to it for the compensation provided for by the applicable international conventions and statutes.
